Color of the Month | Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray
There’s still a cold chill in the air here in Chicagoland but the sun is shining through trying to heat up for Spring. This month we wanted to feature a paint color that works all year round, while also adding a sophisticated and timeless touch to any interior. This month we’re featuring Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray (2062-20) as our Color of the Month!
Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray (2062-20) is a blackened teal blue that has plenty of depth and richness to it. This paint color brings balance and harmony to any space. Gentleman’s Gray is straight forward to add into your home, and creates a particularly intimate interior in North facing rooms. This paint color can last for many years in the home when used effectively!
Pairs Well With…
Benjamin Moore Gardenia (AF-10) and Benjamin Moore Sage Mountain (1488).
We love how this rich blue paint color pairs with neutral colors and other sophisticated and elegant colors. Sage Mountain (1488) works extremely well with Gentleman’s Gray to inject some sophisticated color into the space. However, if you prefer to have a more neutral color palette in your home, then pair Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray with a warm neutral color like Gardenia (AF-10) to create a balanced color palette.
Both of these paint color options create a sophisticated and well-rounded color palette that works throughout the home. If you prefer a more neutral interior, use Gentleman’s Gray with pops of Gardenia throughout, and use all three colors in accessories and artwork to create a dynamic space.
These are both great paint colors to use alongside Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray throughout the home!

How to use Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray in your home…
Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray is the perfect paint color to use as a bold all-over wall paint as it compliments many other colors! While the color does have a coolness to it, you could use this color with warm neutrals too. This color works well in both light and dark rooms – watch the color come to life in sunny rooms while a more intimate and cooler feel can be achieved in naturally darker rooms.
Alternatively, it’s really easy to incorporate Benjamin Moore Gentleman’s Gray in your interiors through accessories, curtains, and rugs. We love how this color is used with the “pairs well with” colors above!
