Sherwin Williams Forever Green paint color

Color of the Month | Sherwin Williams Exuberant Pink

I don’t know about you but the team and I here at Innovatus Design are pleased to see the back of January! With severe snow storms in Chicagoland, it’s been a cold start to the year. Now though, we’re coming to the month of Love! To celebrate this new month, and Valentine’s Day on the 14th, we’re featuring Sherwin Williams Exuberant Pink (SW 6840) as our Color of the Month!

Sherwin Williams Exuberant Pink (SW 6840) is actually classified as a red paint color, that is extremely vibrant and fun for using in a home. You can quickly make a bold statement with this paint color, or pair with neutral colors to guide the eye around the room. This paint color can last for many years in the home when used effectively.

Pairs Well With…

Sherwin Williams Ibis White (SW 7000) and Slate Violet (SW 9155).

We love how this bright and vibrant paint color pairs with other contrasting colors. However, if you’re after a neutral look to your home, then pair Sherwin Williams Exuberant Pink with a soft and subtle off-white tone like Ibis White (SW 7000) to create a balanced color palette.

If you’re looking to create a bold color palette with stimulating colors, then use Sherwin Williams Slate Violet (SW 9155) to create a confident color scheme. These two colors work well together when used through accessories to create contrast with a feature wall. This works well for living rooms, dining rooms, and even kids’ playrooms and bedrooms!

These are both great paint colors to use alongside Exuberant Pink throughout the home!

How to use this color in your home…

Sherwin Williams Exuberant Pink is the perfect paint color to create a feature wall or as an all-over wall paint. While the color is extremely vibrant, it is a fun color that will work well as a feature color or pop in accessories to lead your eye around the space. This color works well in both light and dark rooms – watch the color come to life in sunny rooms while a more intimate interior can be achieved in naturally darker rooms.

Alternatively, it’s really easy to incorporate Sherwin Williams Exuberant Pink into your interiors through accessories, curtains, and rugs. As this is a true color, it is fantastic to use in neutral spaces as an accent color or in accessories with the “pairs well with” colors above!
