Scope: Design a new corporate office branch in a new city

After focus groups and meetings with the various departments in Chicago, we created a floor plan that exposed as many people as possible to the natural views surrounding the Phoenix office and created gathering spaces to build camaraderie in this new place. Pool tables, ping pong and an arcade gave associates a reason to hang out during the day and private offices were created for high level executives to share when they were not traveling.
